Orders & returns

What is the current status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order in your account. Just log in and look under the column “Order Status”. The date shows you if you are looking at the right order, if you have several open.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. They race to get your package ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to delay the ordering process. We advise you to contact our customer service directly with your order number.

Can I add an item to my order that I have forgotten?

No, unfortunately, subsequent changes are not possible. We are currently working on a solution and hope that it will be operational soon.

I made a mistake when ordering, what should I do now?

Our internal processes are set up so that we can dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, for this reason, we cannot make any changes to your order once we have received it. We advise you to contact our customer service directly with your order number.

Can I return an item?

No, unfortunately this option is not yet available.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

No, unfortunately this option is not yet available.

I received an item that I had not ordered.

Shipments and deliveries

Are there any shipping costs for my order?

Yes. If you order in Switzerland, the shipping costs CHF 8.00 (standard package), VAT included. The delivery time varies from 4 to 5 working days. You also have the option of express delivery for a fee of CHF 12.00 including VAT.

Where is my order?

Log in to your account at shop.yemanja.ch and check the status of your order. If you have already done so, please check the email address by which you created your account at shop.yemanja.ch. We will inform you of any delays in shipping by e-mail.

What shipping options are available?

For shipments within Switzerland, you can choose between the standard flat rate (B Mail) for CHF 8.00 or the express flat rate (A Mail) for CHF 12.00. The delivery time is 4 to 5 working days for the standard package and we guarantee delivery within 48 hours for the express package.

Shipping is free of charge for orders of CHF 100.00 plus VAT for private customers. However, for such orders, it is not possible to have express delivery.

For shipments abroad, we only have the standard package option (B Mail) and the price of the shipment depends on the geographical area:

– EU and UK: CHF 15.00

– US and Canada: CHF 24.00

Shipping abroad is free of charge for orders of CHF 200.00 plus VAT for private customers.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Switzerland, the European Union, the United States and Canada.

Will I have to pay customs duties when I receive my order?

There are no customs fees for deliveries within Switzerland. For shipments abroad, charges may be levied by the country’s customs authorities, but these are beyond Yemenja’s control and cannot be determined in advance.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

A package sometimes goes through a lot on its way to you. Please contact our customer service department if your goods have been damaged in transit so that we can clarify the situation and offer you a suitable solution.

My delivery does not match the order confirmation.

Payment and security

Is my data secure?

Yes, we treat your data and information with the utmost care and protect it from unauthorised access. Your bank details are processed directly by the secure payment system according to the selected payment method and in an encrypted manner using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Yemanja CH SA does not store any card numbers and has no knowledge of this information. You can find more detailed information in ourprivacy policy.

What payment methods does Yemanja offer?

You can pay with TWINT, Paypal, Stripe, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), bank transfer or Swissbilling.

Procedure by bank transfer

At the time of payment, it is possible to pay by “Bank Transfer” to complete your order. Simply select this payment option. You will then receive our bank details and order number by email in an order confirmation email. After receiving our order confirmation, you can transfer the requested amount to the specified account, stating the order number.

Any transfer fees and/or bank charges will be charged to you. As soon as the amount is credited to our account, your order will be prepared and sent to you – provided that the items are available.

How to pay by invoice Swissbilling

Place the item in your shopping cart, select SwissBilling as your payment method and place your order. You will receive the invoice directly by email or by post (or in rare cases directly with your order). Then simply pay the bill.

How to pay with TWINT

Pay quickly and securely in online shops and apps: with TWINT, you don’t need to enter a complicated card number. You can pay in a matter of seconds using your smartphone via the QR code. Open the TWINT app and point the camera at the QR code displayed in the online shop. Or enter the short code in the TWINT app that is displayed in the online shop or in the app.

How do I create a Yemanja account?

Simply go to our website shop.yemanja.ch and click on Account in the navigation menu. Now you can easily and quickly create an account or log in to an existing account. If you are creating a new account, be sure to confirm the account. To do this, go to the mailbox of the email address you used to create the account. You should have received a confirmation email from us shortly after creating your account. Open it and confirm your new account. This completes the process.

What advantages do I have with a customer account?

You have access to a faster ordering process and do not always have to re-enter your data. You can also see old and new orders and monitor the status of orders.

I forgot my password, what should I do now?

Don’t worry about it. Just click on Accountin the navigation menu and click on “Forgot password” below the login. You will then receive an email with which you can choose a new password.

Where can I see my past orders?

You can see this by clicking on Account in the navigation menu and logging in. You can now see all your past orders.

How can I delete my customer account?

Contact our customer service to delete your account.

Gift cards

How to buy a gift card?

Simply go to shop.yemanja.ch/shop/ at the bottom of the page and select the Gift Card item. You will be redirected to the product page and will be able to select the value you wish to give to the gift card. Then proceed as you would for a traditional purchase at shop.yemanja.ch. You will receive the gift card by e-mail.

How long is my gift card valid?

The gift card is valid indefinitely and has no expiry date.

Can I get my gift card refunded?

As gift cards are considered a form of payment, we cannot exchange them.

Can my gift card be combined with discounts?

Yes, the amount of your gift card is the same for us as any other payment method, so one does not exclude the other.

Does Yemanja have its own shop?

No, not yet. However, you can find partner shops near you here.

Products and manufacturing

Are Yemanja cosmetics suitable for pregnant women?

Yemanja cosmetics are safe to use during pregnancy as they do not contain essential oils. They can therefore be used when the woman is pregnant.

Are Yemanja cosmetics dermatologically tested?

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested.

Do Yemanja cosmetics comply with the new EU cosmetics laws?

Yes, all our products comply with the legal requirements for cosmetics. A product information file with a safety report is established for each cosmetic product placed on the market and the manufacturing of the products follows good manufacturing practices.

Do you test products on animals?

No. We also ensure that the raw materials we use are not tested on animals.

What to do with my empty bottles? Can you recycle them?

You can return them to a Yemanja point of sale (Pharmacy, Institute), we don’t recycle them we do even better! We treat and sterilise them in order to put them back into the production chain.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Minimum one year after purchase and one year after opening.

How can I get personalised advice on Yemanja products?

By using our online chat or by visiting our offices in La Neuveville. We are currently working on a personalised test to provide you with the most appropriate advice.

Do Yemanja cosmetics contain parabens?

No, none of our products contain parabens.

Are Yemanja cosmetics vegan?

Yes, completely, and without cruelty to animals.

Are Yemanja cosmetics comedogenic?

No.

How do you test the skin compatibility of your products?
